1、 What is a spiral elevator?

The core principle of the spiral elevator can be traced back to the Archimedes spiral in ancient Greece, 

but its modern industrial design is used to efficiently solve the problem of vertical conveying in small spaces.

Core principle: A rotating helical body (consisting of a shaft and helical blades) rotates within a closed tubular casing.

After the material enters from the bottom feeding port, it is propelled by the rotating blades and the frictional force between the material itself and the blades,

Spiral upwards like a nut along the pipe wall until it is discharged from the top discharge port.

Main features: compact structure, small footprint, good sealing performance, and flexible height improvement.

The fundamental difference between a screw elevator and a belt elevator is that a screw elevator relies on "pushing", while a belt elevator relies on "friction carrying".

2、 Application scenarios

Spiral elevators are suitable for various industries, especially for handling the following materials and scenarios:

Food industry: potato chips, nuts, candies, flour, grains, pet food, etc.
