What is an automatic packing machine

A packing machine is a device that semi-automatic or automatic loads unpackaged or small packaged products into transport packaging. Its working principle is to pack the products in a certain arrangement and quantity into boxes (corrugated cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, pallets), and close or seal the opening of the box.

According to the requirements of the packing machine, it should have the functions of forming (or opening) cardboard boxes, measuring, and packing, and some also have sealing or bundling functions.

Working principle of packing machine

The automatic packing machine is a packing equipment that can automatically shape and arrange packaging materials, load them into open cardboard boxes, and complete actions such as adhesive sealing. All actions are fully automated.

Most automatic packing machines adopt a new type of combination structure, including functional units such as box packing device, column packing device, filling device, and sealing device, which respectively complete corresponding functional actions. Each device is installed on the same main frame.
