Turning belt line

A curved conveyor belt is a device that can continuously transport goods along a curved path.

Its core design goal is to address the need for directional changes in transportation caused by space limitations and complex process layouts in modern factories and logistics centers.

Core function: Change the flow direction of materials in a two-dimensional plane (horizontal direction), usually achieving 90 °, 180 °, or even any angle of turning.

Sorting system: In express delivery and e-commerce logistics centers, packages are circulated between different sorting areas through turning machines.

Assembly production line: In the electronics and automotive industries, products are redirected between different workstations using turning machines.

Packaging and palletizing line: After the finished boxes come out of the packaging machine, they enter the palletizing area or the next process through a turning machine.

Food processing: Beverages, pastries, etc. need to change their flow during processing and packaging.

Airport baggage system: Luggage is transported from the check-in counter to the designated aircraft loading point through a complex turning network.
